Zhangye welcomes first snowfall of 2024

Zhangye in Northwest China's Gansu province welcomed its first snowfall in 2024. 

In the Zhangye National Wetland Park, swans playfully chased each other in the waters, creating a scene out of a fairy tale.

Located in the two national nature reserves, Qilianshan Mountian and Heihe wetland, Zhangye is listed as a Pilot city of the Ecological Civilization Demonstration Project.
