QINGDAO --The Green Development Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Countries opened on Monday in the coastal city of Qingdao, east China's Shandong Province. Participants engaged in lively discussions about ways of setting up an SCO partnership for green development, and jointly contributing to regional and global green development.
