· Submission of competition projects: Please refer to the HICOOL Competition's website: www.hicool.com.
· Submission of non-competition projects: you can send your entrepreneurial project proposal to the designated email or communicate with the contact person. After receiving the materials, the Beijing Overseas Talents Center will deliver them to relevant innovation parks in Beijing for recommendation.
