This road is located in the eastern part of the Shuidong area, passing through Dianhai, Chencun, and Danchang towns. With a total investment of 713 million yuan ($98 million), it consists of a main line and an auxiliary line.

The starting point of the main line is the intersection of Huanshi Road and Baomao Avenue, which stretches from west to east via Hu Mountain and Shuiniu River, ending at Fuzhai village and connecting to X637 Road.

The total length is 7.37 kilometers, with the first 7 km having a width of 60 meters, a driving speed of 80 km per hour, and eight lanes of concrete running in both directions. The final stretch of 370 meters has a width of 12 meters, a driving speed of 60 meters per hour, and two concrete lanes in both directions.

The starting point of the auxiliary line is in Fuzhai village, south of the G228. The road is 1.27 km long, 70 meters wide, has a driving speed of 80 meter per hour, eight lanes running both ways, and is paved with concrete.

The bridge is now finished, whereas the roadbed has been 98 percent filled. Some 95 percent of the concrete paving the road has been laid, 95 percent of the road has been waterproofed, 82 percent of the traffic safety engineering has been completed, and 72 percent of the mechanical and signal engineering work is done.
