The Mid-Autumn Festival brought a wave of visitors to Maoming, with the city welcoming approximately 635,800 tourists. Total tourism revenue reached an impressive 30.96 million yuan ($4.39 million). Cultural venues hosted 40,770 visitors, while entertainment venues saw 110,478 guests. Major tourist attractions in the city received 164,775 visitors.

The holiday period was marked by a well-organized cultural and tourism market, with no reported safety incidents or tourist complaints. The city offered a variety of cultural activities, enhancing the festive atmosphere.

On the evening of Sept 15, the Maoming Cultural, Radio, Television, Tourism, and Sports Bureau hosted a cultural event titled "Charming Maoming, Heartwarming Stage". The "Full Moon Mid-Autumn, Classic Recitations" poetry and music recital was held at the 1959 Nanyue Cultural and Creative Street, featuring poetry readings, guzheng performances, and songs that resonated with audiences.

On Sept 16, Dianbai held the "Romantic Mountains and Seas, Full Moon Mid-Autumn" gala, showcasing the unique local culture and charm of Madam Xian. Maonan also hosted a Mid-Autumn and National Day celebration to enrich the cultural lives of community residents.

Various intangible cultural heritage activities were also held, including a traditional mooncake-making workshop and exhibitions at the city museum. The Lingnan Phoenix Garden offered DIY snow skin mooncake-making and poetry contests, attracting many visitors.
