In order to effectively solve the difficulties that enterprises are facing in their operations and in resuming production, the Zhanjiang market supervision bureau introduced a set of preferential measures.

1. Adjust and optimize approval items

A "green channel" will be provided to key enterprises related to the production, transportation, and sales of novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control materials, such as medical protective clothing, medical masks, medical goggles, drugs, as well as important living materials. Special personnel will be assigned to assist the enterprise in handling administrative approval items one-on-one, and non-critical materials are allowed to be submitted later.

The on-site review process will be changed to an online pre-review, postponed review, informed commitment, remote monitoring review, and expert review of electronic materials.

2. Extend the validity period of certificates

Data such as electronic vouchers can be used as certification data of food safety management personnel in the enterprise, with paper materials submitted to supplement the data within 90 days after the epidemic is resolved. For health certificates that have expired or need to be monitored and re-certified, the existing certificates will be extended to three months after the epidemic is resolved.

Elevator maintenance units can appropriately adjust the extension of the on-site maintenance on the basis of ensuring the safe operation of the elevator, and are encouraged to implement online real-time inspection and maintenance through an internet remote monitoring system.

3. Reduce the burden of corporate expenses

The bureau will provide certification training of free quality management systems for companies contributing to the epidemic prevention and control efforts, offer fast access to inspection and testing of protective products, carry out online commodity bar code business processing services and product standard revision services, as well as reduce food and drug inspection time.

4. Strengthen law enforcement supervision

Efforts will be made to enhance supervision of farmer's markets to strengthen price supervision, especially in changes in the prices of medicine, medical devices, and daily necessities, as well as to combat counterfeit and inferior protective products.
