Country Garden Phoenix Hotel in Beiliu, Yulin is the first hotel established in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region by Country Garden Phoenix International Hotel Management Co.

The hotel covers a total area of 40 mu (2.67 hectares) and a building area of about 30,000 square meters. It has 130 rooms, five multifunctional luxury banquet halls, a 500-sq-m conference center, a 3,000-sq-m swimming pool, a tennis court, fitness rooms, sauna rooms, and chess rooms, as well as a 500-meter runway around trees and flowers.

The hotel is famous for its energy-efficient buildings. It has excellent design with energy saving and emission reduction measures. Its water saving system was designed at the beginning of the hotel's planning, while its installation facilities and equipment are all water saving appliances. Four major energy-saving technologies are applied in the hotel, including the waste heat utilization technology of the central air conditioner, the solar water heating system, the use of LED fluorescent lamps, and the energy-saving renovation of its kitchen stoves.

The hotel was completed in 2014 and has been in operation for more than five years. The use of energy-saving technologies not only improves the hotel's operation and results, but also provides customers with a more convenient, more advanced, and more comfortable living experience.

At present, Country Garden Phoenix Hotel Beiliu has become the iconic five-star hotel in Yulin, and has become the venue for major conferences or events like the "two sessions" of Yulin, receiving positive evaluations from the local government, industry, and customers.
