Article 18 A Newly Introduced Key Enterprise that simultaneously meets the conditions for fund subsidies of a same type in Baiyun District may, rather than receiving repeated subsidies, select the most favorable subsidy of all, unless otherwise prescribed. The tax expenditure incurred by the subsidies shall be borne by the enterprise.

Article 19 The “over” and “more than” mentioned herein shall include the base figure.

Article 20 These Measures shall be effective from the date of issue and shall be valid for three years.
