As LKK Health Products Group’s first self-built project, the Infinitus Plaza covers 45,280 square meters and has a floor space of 185,470 square meters.
Located on the central axis of Baiyun New City, close to the Feixiang Park Station on Line 2 of the Guangzhou Metro, the plaza is a world-class cluster of buildings housing companies in the health, fashion, ecosystem, and environmental protection sectors, as well as modern intelligent technologies.
Designed by Zaha Hadid, a British-Iraqi architect renowned as the “queen of the curve”, the plaza showcases infinite possibilities and acts as a bridge to bring everyone together.
“It makes future architecture a reality, which combines green development and sustainability with the latest technologies. It is expected to be a model for modern buildings in the new era, as well as a landmark in the architecture industry across the world,” said Satoshi Ohashi, director of the Beijing studio of Zaha Hadid Architects.
The plaza includes an Infinitus global scientific research center with an area of about 10,000 square meters. The center has more than 60 laboratories specializing in functions such as research and development, inspecting and testing of food, maintenance supplies and health products. It is equipped with advanced instruments and facilities worth more than 60 million yuan ($9.43 million).

Baiyun’s GDP growth was robust in the first half of this year, rising 20.2 percent year-on-year, ranking first in Guangzhou. The settlement of Infinitus’s headquarters and scientific research center will make the plaza a cluster for high-end headquarters enterprises and elite commercial facilities in Baiyun and Guangzhou as a whole.
The multi-functional landmark will contribute to Baiyun’s status as a central urban area with high-quality development, said Cai Sheng, a member of the standing committee of the CPC Baiyun district committee and executive deputy head of the district.
