Guangzhou Private Science and Technology Park is located in the north-central part of Baiyun district, with a planning area of 38 square meters. The park aims to build itself into a national private economic reform and innovation pilot zone and a united front work demonstration base for the national private economy.

The area is home to a future industry innovation core area, a rail transit equipment industrial park, a beauty and health industrial park and a smart home device industrial park.

Leading enterprises such as Oppein Home Group Inc., Guangzhou Baiyun Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., GCH Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Tongda Auto Electric Co., Ltd., Guangdong DP Co., Ltd., and Huawei Electric Technology Co., Ltd., have settled in the park.
