The Zhongluotan branch of the Guangzhou Library is located at No 88 Fulong Road, Zhongluotan township of Baiyun district. The 1300-square meter building was launched in January 2019.

With a capacity of about 80,000 volumes, the library has selected 53,000 books on science and education, literature, economy, leisure and health and children’s readings as its first collection.

The library is equipped with 82 seats and five public computers. The  service counter, a children's area, a fashion life book area and a Goethe-Institut's digital book borrowing machine are located on the first floor. The machine is pre-loaded with more than 2,000 kinds of exclusively authorized books, and 100 e-books are updated every month simultaneously with paper editions. Readers can download and read for free by scanning the QR code on the machine with their mobile phones.

The second floor has areas for books on the Party’s construction, general lending books, e-readings and a new book recommendation zone.
