The Tianxin branch of the Guangzhou Library is located on the second floor of the public building in the urban village renovation project in Tianxin village of Baiyun district. With a floor area of about 800 square meters, it includes an open reading area, a DIY area, a children's entertainment and teaching area, a reading area and a book display area. With a planned collection capacity of 35,000 volumes, it mainly collects juvenile readings, literary, leisure, health care books and documents with regional characteristics.
