Located in the Jiahe Wanggang Metro Station business area, Jiahe Kingbuy Plaza will serve a community of around one million people and is expected to become one of the most influential regional shopping centers in north Baiyun district, Guangzhou.

The project includes a working space that covers 11,300 square meters whose interior mimics the design of a tunnel. Its floor design brings convenience for community residents.

An 11,000-square-meter city square and a 1,000-square-meter sunken square are constructed along the main road close to a vibrant community. An 8,500-square-meter sky garden, a 5,000-square-meter rooftop sports park and a 398-meter airport runway are projected to be built on the top floor.

Since 2004, Guangzhou Jinbo Commercial Co., Ltd. (China) has been developing its business in Baiyun. So far its commercial area has been expanded to more than one million square meters, consisting of several shopping centers in different regions of the district.
