1st municipal government service sub-center opens in Baiyun

The Private Sector Science Park branch of the Guangzhou Municipal Government Service Center was inaugurated in Baiyun district on Aug 4, being Baiyun's first and Guangzhou's second sub-center of the municipal government service center.
It is located in the core area of the Industrial Innovation Park in Baiyun Hi-tech Zone, a main battlefield for boosting the district's private economic development.
With a floorage of about 2,391 square meters, the two-floor center has 29 service counters, providing high-quality, convenient and efficient services for local enterprises.
Fifteen service counters on the first floor can handle issues related to policy implementation, starting businesses, cross-city affairs, and services for people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Counters on the second floor are for taxation affairs and advanced technologies such as 5G and livestreams are utilized to handle affairs.
More than 600 administrative approvals and public service affairs are currently able to be processed, covering over 30 department businesses and 100 extension items.
In addition, the center is equipped with supporting facilities including infant rooms and 24-hour smart self-service areas. Wheelchairs, umbrellas, emergency kits and other supplies are also available at the center.
The sub-center is expected to develop into a first-class facility to contribute to Guangzhou's high-quality economic and social development.
