Wulonggang Industrial Park, located in Guangzhou's Baiyun Beauty Bay, completed construction, local media outlets reported on Aug 15.
The whole park occupies 66 mu (4.4 hectare) with a floorage of 141,000 square meters. It has five industrial buildings as well as one supporting building, and is expected to be operational by the end of November.
Among the 13 projects that were given industrial contiguous land in the Baiyun Beauty Bay, the first beauty and health industrial park in Baiyun was invested in and built by a State-owned enterprise. The project is also the first of its kind to begin construction and to embrace the main structure's capping.
More than 10 businesses have expressed interest in relocating to the park as of now, including Guangzhou Dian Medical Investment and Guangdong Institute of Food Inspection (Guangdong Inspection of Wine and Spirits).
In an effort to offer top-notch services to cosmetics businesses in the area, the park has also opened the Baiyun Beauty Bay industrial service center and aims to construct a Baiyun Beauty Bay exhibition hall.
