Baiyun Beauty Bay Building, one of Guangzhou's key projects, was topped off on Aug 23.

Baiyun Investment Group invested 556 million yuan ($81 million) in the project on Aug 10, 2021. It has a total floorage of about 29,000 square meters and is divided into eight floors above ground and two underground floors.

It has been accelerating its interior decoration, and plans to be delivered and put into use on Nov 30. By 2025, it is expected to generate an output value of more than 1.69 billion yuan as well as a tax revenue of over 85 million yuan.   

Now six enterprises have signed contracts to settle in the building, covering industries of trade, brand promotion, and scientific and technological innovation. Enterprises have already purchased spaces in the building that exceed 8,000 sq m.

Aiming to become a new calling card of Baiyun's beauty and health industry, the building plans to attract more well-known cosmetics brands' headquarters from both at home and abroad, helping to build a cosmetics business headquarters cluster in South China.
