Fifteen Baiyun agricultural enterprises showcased their products at the 30th Guangzhou Agricultural Products Exhibition, which was held from Aug 26 to 29.

This year's Baiyun exhibition area was decorated with characteristic Lingnan elements, such as the pot ear wall, to display Baiyun's distinctive culture and its rich agricultural products.

The agricultural products, including Suixiang chicken and two-color pitayas, were well-received at previous expos. This year, Baiyun added popular prefabricated food like Haililai prefabricated vegetables and Zhuzaiji roast meat to attract attendees.

Zhuzaiji roast meat, which has an appealing red color, crisp skin, and tender meat, is widely popular with tourists, and the company has become the main roast meat supplier of southern Guangdong restaurants. 

In addition, with a soft and smooth texture, Zhouxing water chestnut cake has become one of the top 10 gifts in Guangzhou, while also enjoying a strong reputation at home and abroad.
