Located in Baiyun's Shihu village, a supply-chain industrial park built by Goldjet Group, one of Baiyun's key shipping logistics enterprises, held its foundation-laying and ground-breaking ceremony on Sept 21.

The headquarters project of the logistics industry plans to build four new industrial offices, supporting facilities and parking lots with a total investment of 647 million yuan ($90 million).

Covering an area of about 29,000 square meters and a floorage of about 130,000 sqm, the project's construction period is expected to be 27 months.

It aims to develop into a comprehensive economic platform integrating modern logistics supply chain services including international trade, cross-border e-commerce and transportation, customs, and warehousing.

Upon completion, the park will meet the needs of online and offline logistics transportation, effectively advancing the transformation and upgrading of Baiyun's modern logistics industry based on intelligent management, and promote the district's high-quality economic development.
