China National Chemical to build headquarters in Baiyun
Guohua Square of China National Chemical, a new benchmark project in the economic headquarters cluster of Baiyun New City, welcomed the first batch of enterprises that intend to settle in, local media outlets reported on Mar 5.
With a total construction area of more than 65,000 square meters, the square is a 5A-grade office building with 15 floors above the ground and three underground floors.
The project is developed and constructed with green, low-carbon, environment-friendly, and energy-saving design concepts. It integrates multiple business forms, such as headquarters office and high-end business, aiming to provide an intelligent business environment for the enterprises that plan to settle in.
Upon the square's completion, it will integrate the functions of scientific research, procurement, operation, and settlement. It will also coordinate China National Chemical's engineering business in six areas in South China, including Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan.
The square will help develop both domestic and overseas businesses in fields such as scientific research and development, investment and financing, industrial development, and material trade.
It is also expected to promote the agglomeration of upstream and downstream enterprises in its supply chain, thus making contributions to Baiyun's future industrial development and urban upgrading.
