A list of the top 100 foreign-invested enterprises in Guangzhou (ranked by turnover) and a list of foreign-invested enterprises with both import-export volume and total profit surpassing 10 million yuan should be released on a regular basis and these enterprises will be commended by the Guangzhou Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau. Green channel services, as well as mechanisms of coordination, supervision and information sharing for enterprises on the list and foreign-invested headquarters enterprises, should be established or improved, and relevant service specifications should be formulated. Efforts should also be made to streamline approval and review procedures for the above-mentioned enterprises.
