Guangzhou's Baiyun district recently issued development plans to build a vibrant international consumption center, local media outlets reported on July 9.

This center will consist of multiple commercial circles located in areas such as Baiyun New City, Jiahewanggang, and Jinshazhou.

Baiyun New City is expected to develop into an international fashion and cultural trends hub. With the support of exhibitions, cultural and sports events, it will build a commercial, cultural and tourism retailing mecca that integrates high-end living, family leisure and the nighttime economy.
