The Farmers Harvest Festival of the Baiyun district was held on Sept 23 in Guangzhou Zhongye City, in celebration of the 6th Chinese Farmers Harvest Festival.

At the event, over 100 types of high-quality local agricultural products were exhibited for sale, attracting crowds of buyers.

Zhouxing Food created a giant water chestnut cake to showcase "Beautiful Baiyun". The company presented its own famous roasted pig with red skin and hand-shaken Shatian lemon tea was displayed to invite citizens to taste authentic Baiyun flavors.

In the afternoon, the organizers invited 80 families to Guangzhou Zhongye City, located in Baiyun, for a fun science class. It enabled them to personally experience the district's agricultural industry.

In order to integrate the advantages of regional agricultural resources and strengthen the promotion of Baiyun's characteristic agricultural products, the event presented plaques to companies that were awarded the titles of "Top Ten Characteristic Agricultural Products of Baiyun" and "Premium Agricultural Products".
