The Yida Sky Square project, a major commercial shopping center in Jianggao town, Baiyun district, is currently undergoing interior upholstering and construction work. The complex is expected to open in the second half of 2024.

The external structure of the main building has been shaped. The glass curtain wall outside has been installed and over 80 percent of the project's decoration work has been completed.

The project is located on the west side of Guanghua No 3 Road in Baiyun district, near Jiangfu and Shuili stations on the northern extension of Guangzhou Metro Line 8.   

It covers a land area of about 50 mu (3 hectares) with 1,200 parking spaces provided. It is divided into two underground floors and five floors above ground.

The project will house a wide variety of businesses, including boutiques, supermarkets, clothing shops, retail outlets, movie theaters, restaurants and gymnasiums centers. Currently, a major marketing campaign to attract tenants is underway.
