Guangzhou's first Sasseur super outlet center project is set to begin construction. Located in Shihu village, Dayuan Street, Baiyun district, the total land area of the project is 55,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 180,000 sq m.

The project is about to continue the business model of "artistic commerce + super outlet," integrating the operation model of "famous brands + discounts" with the urban and architectural culture of Guangzhou, creating a super commercial complex—the Future City project.

The Future City project will introduce supporting commercial trends such as the Party commercial district, Cantonese cuisine and dining, and boutique hotels, becoming a highly integrated modern urban living room combining fashion shopping, parent-child entertainment, social interaction, and gatherings.

This project is set to work in tandem with other projects at the headquarters office, such as the Yiyun Science and Technology Innovation Center and Shengyuntai, to create a new gateway for Guangzhou. The start of this project brings new commercial, cultural, and social experiences to the district, demonstrating the district's vitality and unlimited potential for the future.
