In April last year, Golden Resources Group signed a contract with Guangzhou Yida Department Store Company, creating a large-scale commercial complex - Guangzhou Sky Square, aiming to fill the void of a large commercial complex in the central area of Jianggao town and elevate the regional consumption level.
Over 50 major brands such as Wanda Cinema, Yida Supermarket have already signed up, with an overall leasing rate of 78 percent, and the project's leasing activities are still ongoing.
The exterior facade of the project complex has taken shape with the prominent "Sky Square" brand logo, while interior decoration is progressing rapidly, and the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment has been completed. Renovation work in public areas is currently underway.
