The Guangzhou Baiyun Station Wellness Hotel, the first of its kind by the InterContinental Hotels Group in Guangzhou, is set to occupy floors 4 to 13 of the northwest tower of the Yuesheng Plaza, covering an area of approximately 20,000 square meters and offering 228 guest rooms.

In collaboration with Guangzhou Metro Group, the InterContinental Hotels Group aims to fill the gap in commercial accommodations at the TOD Baiyun Station, establishing a high-quality landmark for business travelers. Scheduled to open by the end of 2024, the hotel is expected to provide a diversified and fashionable lodging experience for consumers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, contributing to the high-quality development of cultural tourism in Baiyun district.

Li Peiwen, deputy general manager of Guangzhou Metro Resources Operation and Development Company, announced that in the second half of this year, Guangzhou Metro will establish four quality hotels in the Guangzhou-Foshan area, enhancing the hub's capabilities, promoting the integration of stations and cities, and improving the quality of life in the region."

Baiyun district is entering a new phase of comprehensive hub enhancement, with ambitions to transform Baiyun station and its surrounding areas into the fashion capital of Guangzhou. The addition of the Guangzhou Baiyun Station Wellness Hotel is poised to significantly enhance the area's functional amenities.
