The highly anticipated first Sam's Club store in Baiyun district has started construction. Located in the Jiahe area of Baiyun, Guangzhou, this new store is set to become a landmark in the region, with completion expected by mid-2026 and a grand opening by the end of 2026.

Sam's Club, a high-end membership-only retail warehouse under Walmart, is renowned for its extensive range of global imported goods, high-quality shopping experience, and unique product strategies. The new Baiyun store will be the first in Guangzhou to achieve a three-star green building certification, underscoring its commitment to sustainability.

Strategically situated at the intersection of Metro Lines 2, 3, and 14, the store will occupy a prime location in the Jiahewanggang business core area. The project spans approximately 45,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 48,000 sq m, and will include around 1,000 parking spots.

This project boosts the development of the Jiahe area in the Design Capital of Guangzhou, injecting strong momentum into Baiyun's commercial growth. It aligns with Baiyun's broader strategy to enhance its international consumption center by optimizing layout, improving functionality, and elevating quality. Baiyun aims to establish itself as a hub of innovative consumption, fashion, and diverse demand, serving as a gateway to domestic and international markets.
