Baiyun district of Guangzhou is set to welcome a new landmark commercial complex, the Jinsha Street Meta Creation Center, following the completion of its structural topping on Oct 11. Located along the Pearl River, this project is poised to become Baiyun's commercial landscape.

The Jinsha Street Meta Creation Center is in the core business area of the Western Digital Economy Innovation Corridor. The project covers an area of approximately 57,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 320,000 sq m. It is expected to feature eight modern high-rise buildings and a 150-meter-tall landmark tower, complemented by a 50,000-sq-m digital experience commercial plaza and 12,000 sq m of cultural and sports facilities.

The project has established a cooperative relationship with Huawei's Guangzhou company and is building an intelligent digital industrial park. It has also signed agreements with renowned brands and enterprises, including Jinjiang Hotel Group's four-star hotel brand, Shanghai Baoye Group Guangzhou Branch, and Guangzhou Kingbo Group Ji Hotel.

As a core commercial landmark in Jinshazhou, the Jinsha Street Meta Creation Center is set to focus on attracting technology enterprises and high-quality local businesses, offering Huawei's smart 5A-grade office buildings, luxury brand hotels, a global live e-commerce base, and an innovation and entrepreneurship base in the metaverse.
