The skyline of Baiyun New City – located in Baiyun district of Guangzhou, capital of South China's Guangdong province – is about to be transformed with the upcoming completion of the Zhaohe Incloud project.

Positioned in the heart of Baiyun New City's CBD, the ambitious development by Guangzhou Zhaohe Group is set to become a new urban landmark.

The project – which includes office buildings, a comprehensive e-commerce supply chain center, a five-star hotel and live-streaming apartments – is expected to partially open by the end of this year, with a full opening scheduled for March next year.

Currently, the exterior facades of the five buildings are being finalized at the construction site, which are already structurally complete.

Zhaohe Incloud boasts a total floor space of over 250,000 square meters and it aims to integrate fashion industry resources with cutting-edge digital operations.

The project will offer advanced logistics and operational support, including a dedicated global VPN line for cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The initiative is in line with Guangzhou's broader plan to establish a 7.8 square kilometer fashion hub around the Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station, enhancing Guangzhou's position as a leading fashion industry center.

The strategic location of Zhaohe Incloud – only 100 meters north of the Xiaogang Metro Station and within close proximity of Baiyun airport and Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station – underscores its accessibility and potential as a major commercial hub.
