New landmark in Baiyun New City set to open by year-end
As Guangzhou accelerates its development as a fashion capital and the live-streaming e-commerce industry flourishes, Baiyun district is set to unveil a new landmark. The Zhaohe Incloud project, located in the CBD of Baiyun New City on Yuncheng East Road, is nearing completion. It is expected to open its office buildings by the end of this year, with a grand opening scheduled for March next year.
The five buildings of the project have been largely completed. Developed by Guangzhou Zhaohe Group, which boasts over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry, the project spans over 250,000 square meters. The strategic location on Yuncheng East Road leverages Baiyun New City's transportation advantages and the potential for fashion industry growth.

It is poised to feature office spaces, a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce supply chain center, a five-star hotel, and live-streaming apartments.
With Guangzhou's extensive and mature fashion industry supply chain, Zhaohe Incloud is poised to be a hub offering advanced logistics and operational support for cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The project is designed to implement a global VPN infrastructure and advanced logistics technology, establishing an international landmark that serves as a modern center for technological experiences.
