Baiyun district has publicly listed six State-owned construction land parcels on the Guangzhou Public Resources Trading Platform.

These parcels, totaling 90,721 square meters, are located in key industrial areas such as the Smart Home Industrial Park of Guangzhou Private Science and Technology Park, Baiyun Lake Digital Technology City, the Hong Kong-Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, and Design Capital of Guangzhou.

The first parcel, located on the south side of Jinsha South Road in Jianggao town, covers 26,240 sq m and is designated for an international business district, integrating modern business, public services, ecological conservation, cultural tourism, commercial services, and comprehensive residential functions.

The second parcel in Taihe town is designated for a gas and hydrogen refueling station and a social parking lot. This parcel reflects Baiyun's commitment to advancing the hydrogen energy industry.

Two additional parcels are designated for commercial service facilities. These are located in the third phase of the Design Capital of Guangzhou and the Hong Kong-Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base. These parcels will support the creation of high-quality industrial and service clusters.

The final two parcels in the Smart Home Industrial Park of Guangzhou Private Science and Technology Park are designated for industrial use. They will be the intelligent manufacturing bases for medical devices and the modern pharmaceutical industry.
