Guangzhou's ingredient e-commerce hub takes shape

Recently, the Guangzhou Ingredient Hub E-commerce Integrated Trading Center project has entered its final stages. It is expected to be completed and accepted in April of this year, followed by operational deployment in the third quarter.

Located in Songzhou Street, Baiyun district, the project is developed, constructed, and operated by a subsidiary of Baiyun Jianke Group, covering an area of 15,000 square meters with a building area of 42,900 sq m.

The project focuses on the cold chain industry and ingredient e-commerce trading sector, aiming to create a comprehensive e-commerce operational trading center with diversified formats.

The park is equipped with facilities such as commercial offices, hotels, a live streaming base, multi-temperature zone warehouses, online trading platforms, and parking lots, providing comprehensive support services for tenants to meet the diverse development needs of companies in the ingredient industry chain.

The project is set to develop new formats such as ingredient exhibitions, circulation consumption, sample displays, and transaction settlements, aiming to become a core hub of the ingredient industry chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
