The plot surrounding Jiahe Wanggang Metro Station will establish a new benchmark for urban waterfront living. This area leverages the advantages of the convergence of Guangzhou Metro Lines 2, 3, and 14 to construct a fusion demonstration zone integrating "railway + residential + industrial" elements.

The plan includes nearly 70,000 square meters of new residential and mixed-use spaces to accommodate talent influx from industrial platforms such as Guangzhou Design Capital and the Guangzhou Greater Bay Area Central Legal District, providing spatial support for Baiyun to become a hub for resource allocation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Innovatively applying the concept of waterfront symbiosis, the plan takes the Baihaimian Lake as the ecological axis, constructing slow walkways and reserving river landscape belts.

Furthermore, the plan includes a 54-class nine-year school, a community service complex, and a commercial district, forming a 15-minute quality living circle to optimize and improve education resources and public service supply in the central Baiyun district.

As a leading project in Baiyun's "Northern Growth Pole" strategy, the area's planning will optimize land use structure, strengthen industry-city linkage, drive population aggregation, and enhance regional economic density.
