Metro

Guangzhou Metro is the metro system of the city of Guangzhou in Guangdong province of China. It is operated by the state-owned Guangzhou Metro Corporation and was the fourth metro system to be built in mainland China, after those of Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai.

After more than 20 years of construction, Guangzhou has 13 subway lines with a total length of 390.6 kilometers, including Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 4, Line 5, Line 6, Line 7, Line 8, Guangfo Line, APM Line, Line 9, Line 13, and Line 14. 

Currently, Guangzhou is promoting the construction of Line 8 (North Extension), Line 11, Line 13 (Phase II), Line 14 (Phase I), Line 18, Line 21, Line 22 and Guangfo Line (Yangang-Lijiao). 

Guangzhou Metro has always insisted on advocating civilized service, which has become an important window to display the achievements of Guangzhou's civilizations.
