VII Modern service industry
Settlement award: a subsidy equaling to 500,000 to 2 million yuan to an enterprise whose taxation contribution reached 3 million yuan last year in Nansha; 200,000 to 2 million yuan for a professional service provider, and 500,000 to 5 million yuan to an international service provider or provider from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
Economic contribution award: a subsidy equaling to 30percent of its economic contribution to be given to an enterprise whose taxation contribution reached 5 million yuan last year and whose business revenue has seen a year-on-year increase of 10percent or above.
Office space subsidy: up to 30 yuan per square meter per month subsidy for 3 years for an enterprise that rents office space in Nansha and whose taxation contribution reached 5 million yuan last year.
Service platform: A bulk commodity trading platform, were its previous year's business volume exceeding 50 million yuan or with total transaction volume exceeding 10 billion yuan, will be given a subsidy with an amount equaling to 10percent of the economic contribution made by its member enterprises; Secondary investment promotion platform will be given a subsidy of 50,000 yuan for any of its newly introduced member enterprise that has been included in the territoriality statistics; a subsidy of 500,000 yuan to each service trade association each year; a subsidy of 500,000 to each talent training base or experimental base each year; and no less than 20 million yuan of support grant each year for the staging of modern service forum or competitions.
VIII Land Use for the Emerging Industry
Functional orientation: Industrial park for the emerging industry is an integrated industrial complex encompassing the functions of industrial development, office space, residential use and commercial facility. With industrial development as its main function, the park also encourages the mixed land use, allowing a same land plot to accommodate different functions.
Planning requirement: the construction space for industrial use should not be lower than 50percent of the total construction area within the park; and the total construction space for industrial use and office use no lower than 65percent of the total; while the construction space for residential use should be less than 20percent of the total; and the total land use should be capped below 15percent of the total.
Scale of land use: land supply can be made by installment, and the land use size for the initial phase should be lower than 20 hectares, while the overall planning control should be no more than 80 hectares.
Way of land supply: Public auction is the normal way of land supply, factors, such as industrial type, registration address, registered capital size, investment intensity, land yield and post-supply evaluation and other requirements set up by investment promotion authority from Nansha, will be included in the bidding documents. The bidding document will normally include commercial, technical and price related content, and Nansha will encourage a multi-model land supply way that allows the co-existence of leasing and land transfer.
