The administration bureau for the development and construction of Pearl Bay in Guangzhou's Nansha district has opened a free angling area for the public on Lingshan Island, covering 200 meters of waterfront. The area will be available from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

The angling area, located at the intersection of Shazui East Road and Jiuyuan East Road, faces a large area of reeds, allowing people to get close to nature and enjoy a peaceful time when angling.

Notice boards and safety warning boards have been set up at the entrance to the area to ensure the safety of anglers. Life buoys and life lines are available along the water front every 20 meters. Security personnel have been arranged to carry out uninterrupted duty patrol to offer services such as consultation and assistance for people in need.

Supporting facilities such as trash cans and rain shelters have also been established to provide a convenient and comfortable experience for visitors.
