The Guangzhou Nansha Government Affairs Center started trial operations on July 26, which has been highly praised by locals.

A total of 76 service counters are set up in the center, allowing people to handle 1,144 government affairs, such as commercial registration, tax handling, customs clearance and business services.

Brand-new facilities equipped with a coffee bar, 5G experiencing areas, intelligent beacon navigation and robots are available in the center. It also offers drinks and free copying service to people. Professional youth volunteers in the center can also provide consultations and guidance services for those visiting the center.

"This is the first time that I came to this center and the application of the intelligent terminals in the center makes it more advanced," said a woman surnamed Chen.

"Staff members here have helped me prepare all my necessary materials and explained the procedures to me in the rest area. All I need to do is to submit my information at the service counter later," added Chen.

The center is close to Lyuzhou Park and local shopping complexes. More than 1,000 parking spaces have been set up near the center.

A special shuttle bus route that runs from Jiaomen metro station to the center has been opened to bring more convenience to locals. The bus now operates from 8 am to 6:30 pm with an interval of 10 minutes on workdays.
