Notice of the General Office of Nansha District People's Government of Guangzhou Municipality on Issuing the Medical Assistance Scheme for secondary reimbursement in Nansha District of Guangzhou Municipality

The department of publicity shall be responsible for strengthening publicity and expanding social influence, guiding and supporting the bureau of civil affairs of Nansha district and towns and street communities to conduct promotional activities to further boost the sound development of the secondary reimbursement system.

(VI) Bureau of Finance of Nansha District

The bureau of finance shall be responsible for including the relevant funds for secondary reimbursement in the financial budget, assisting in the allocation of secondary reimbursement funds for medical assistance, operation and management costs, expenses of third-party supervision, evaluation and audit, and have the right to supervise secondary reimbursement funds.

(VII) Bureau of Health of Nansha District

The bureau of health shall coordinate the connection between the HIS system of designated hospitals in Nansha district and secondary reimbursement settlement system of the operators; coordinate designated hospitals in Nansha district and the insurer of "Yinling Ankang" commercial insurance funded by the municipal health department to carry out tasks regarding secondary reimbursement.

(VIII) Bureau of Healthcare Security of Nansha District

The bureau of healthcare security shall assist in connecting the medical insurance system of designated hospitals in Nansha district and secondary reimbursement settlement system; and assist in providing the basic information on medical insurance participation for urban and rural residents with household registration in Nansha district.

IV. Participants

People eligible for secondary reimbursement include:

Refers to those who have been covered by social medical insurance in Guangzhou in the current year and meet the qualification of having financial difficulties specified in Article 9 of the Measures of Guangzhou Municipality for
