Mingzhu Agricultural Park opens to Spring Festival visitors for free

The first phase of the Mingzhu Agricultural Park in Guangzhou's Nansha district will open to visitors for free from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm daily during the upcoming Spring Festival holiday.

Visitors can rent a field of 30 square meters or 60 sq m on an annual basis to plant their own vegetables. Meanwhile, high-quality agricultural products with Nansha characteristics as well as cultural and creative products of agricultural elements can also be bought at the park.

People seeking a slow-paced life could enjoy fishing and take a rest in tents or at waterfront platforms, while adventurers wanting to challenge themselves can take an aim at the maze made up of fences and crops.

Photos can be taken with the straw-made artworks as well as more than 300 mu (20 hectares) of colza flowers, which are currently in blossom.

Those interested can make reservations either online or onsite. The number of visitors will be capped at 5,000 individuals in the same period of time in line with the epidemic prevention and control requirements.
