Spring flower market in Nansha opens

Nansha district's spring flower fair opened on Feb 3. A total of 150 stalls are hosted at the fair, selling new year flowers, potted oranges, and special purchases for the Spring Festival, which are traditional.

The design of the stalls takes the products in the counterpart assistance area and the pillar industries into consideration. Eight new models, such as GAC Toyota, and Hechuang Motors, are offered for citizens to experience.

The fair offers much more than just flowers. It includes experiences of intangible cultural heritage items, such as the floating marriage and gambiered Guangdong gauze. Special agricultural products in Nansha, such as jade perch, sunflower chicken, and ruby guava, are also displayed. Citizens can taste the products of the counterpart assistance area for free.

There is also a stall for Hong Kong and Macao companies. The G-Rocket Global Accelerator Nansha Base established this characteristic stall, and four Hong Kong and Macao companies joined to sell cultural and creative products. The stall's revenue will be used for public welfare donations.
