On June 14, Guangzhou's Nansha district marked the second anniversary of the release of the "Nansha Plan". It aimed to accelerate the deepening of comprehensive cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao in Nansha.

The Nansha Port area has become the largest domestic container hub in the country. Last year, the container throughput here exceeded 19.3 million TEUs, a year-on-year increase of 5.4 percent. The import and export cargo values are expected to exceed 1 trillion yuan this year.
