On July 18, COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers' vessel GREEN ITAQUI set sail from Brazil, carrying 64,500 metric tons of pulp and 328 containers, and arrived at Nansha Port in Guangzhou.
This vessel represents the third 77,000-tonnage multipurpose pulp vessel introduced by COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers. With a draft of 14.5 meters, it is among the largest multipurpose pulp vessels in the world.

GREEN ITAQUI is also the ninth large vessel operating under COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers' "One Port Unloading" model. In the first half of the year, it enhanced operational tools, innovated work processes, and improved service levels during eight operations, achieving a peak container unloading efficiency of 42 containers per hour.
This year, COSCO Shipping Specialized Carriers has been trialing a new "pulp + container" unloading model at a single port, significantly reducing logistics costs and receiving positive customer feedback.

Additionally, the Nansha Grain and Cargo Terminal Banch Company recently obtained a "Port Operation Permit" issued by the Guangzhou Port Authority. The company's expansion has entered the production phase, aimed at increasing yard capacity and better managing adverse weather conditions.
