In 2024, HKUST (GZ) expanded its undergraduate enrollment, achieving admission scores on par with C9 League universities and introducing new undergraduate majors such as financial technology and microelectronics.
In Nansha, with 125 higher education institutions and two million university students, along with eight double first-class universities within Guangzhou, a robust academic atmosphere and talent hub have been formed.
Nansha provides a broad employment platform and support measures, such as internship programs, youth stations, and technological innovation platforms, offering employment opportunities for graduates.
The district also offers convenient transportation with subways, high-speed trains, an international cruise terminal, and the upcoming Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link Nansha Line, which will shorten the distance between Nansha and Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and provide more travel options.
