During the National Day holiday, the Nansha Wetland Scenic Area attracted many visitors, especially families. On the first day of reopening, nearly 1,000 visitors poured in to experience the joys of the newly reopened area.
Visitors strolled along the banyan-shaded avenue, admiring the ecological beauty of the wetlands, or engaged in water sports such as kayaking and paddleboarding, reveling in the thrill and fun on the water surface. Some opted for eco-friendly cycling, riding along the banyan-shaded greenway and feeling the tranquility and harmony of nature.
In recent years, many migratory birds have chosen to spend winter in the Nansha Wetland. Visitors cruise on boats, marveling at the mangroves, reed beds, and various rare bird species, often exclaiming in amazement.
For children, the non-powered amusement park in the Nansha Wetland Scenic Area is a paradise full of fun, allowing them to play, climb, and slide, enjoying the happiness of childhood.
An official from the Nansha Wetland Scenic Area stated that during the National Day period, the area attracted a large number of visitors, showcasing the beauty of nature and cultural charm of the area, as well as demonstrating the achievements and efforts in eco-tourism development in Nansha.
He added that the area is set to continue to strengthen ecological protection, improve service quality, and provide visitors with a more high-quality and convenient tourism experience.
