During the past weekend on March 22 and 23, the third Nansha Cherry Blossom Festival welcomed a peak influx of visitors, with the park hosting over 120,000 guests in total, marking a new high for this year's festival.
With sunny skies and gentle spring breezes, the Shiba Luohan Mountain Forest Park boasts over 2,000 cherry blossom trees, creating a picturesque sea of pink and white flowers, enticing visitors to pause, admire, and capture the moments.
To enrich visitor experiences, Dagang town has consistently raised its service standards, introducing extensive enhancements to the Shiba Luohan Mountain. In addition to planting thousands of fresh cherry blossom trees, new features like the boardwalk have been crafted as picturesque locations, offering ideal settings for capturing memorable photographs.
Responding to visitor demands, amenities like cafes, a cherry blossom-themed mini train, children's play areas, a dinosaur valley, and camping sites have been introduced, elevating the park's recreational appeal and providing guests with a richer experience of cherry blossom viewing and mountain exploration.
Hundreds of specialty booths line the paths, showcasing local delicacies and traditional foods imbued with Lingnan culture, catering to visitors' palates, and offering a genuine taste of the region's warmth and hospitality.
The festival also features cherry blossom-themed products like ice cream, umbrellas, T-shirts, and unique photo spots such as the Cherry Blossom Café, injecting a youthful and trendy vibe that appeals to a younger audience.
