Recently, Ms Shi and Mr Chen, who are now residing in Wuhan of Hubei province, finished the registration of their real estate in Guangzhou's Tianhe district of Guangdong province.

It marked the implementation of the Guangzhou-Wuhan cross-city real estate registration service using the "Internet + real estate registration" model.

The two submitted the application materials online in Wuhan. The staff members at the Tianhe Registration Center accepted, reviewed, and approved the materials. Finally, the online real estate registration process was finalized, significantly saving service time and costs.

Now, the Guangzhou-Wuhan cross-city real estate registration service includes the registration of transfer, alteration, mortgage, and advance notice of the right of State-owned construction land use and the house ownership, as well as renewal and replacement of certificates and information inquiry of real estate information.
