Tianhe recognized as pilot zone for science education
The Guangdong Provincial Department of Education recently announced the first batch of pilot zones, as well as experimental and demonstrative primary and secondary schools for science education across the province.
Among the list, Tianhe district of Guangzhou – capital of South China's Guangdong province – has been recognized as one of the six pilot zones for science education in the region.

Reflecting its commitment to advancing science education, Tianhe boasts 11 schools that have been selected as experimental schools for science education, including the Guangzhou Middle School.
Most notably, the Guangzhou Olympic Secondary School and the Longkou West Elementary School – which were honored as national experimental schools – earned themselves the status of provincial demonstrative schools for science education.
