Tsinghua entrepreneurs visit Tianhe Smart City
Over 40 members of the Tsinghua Entrepreneur and Executive Club (TEEC), including Li Zhu, founding partner of InnoAngel Fund, recently conducted a research visit to the Tianhe Smart City.
The entrepreneurs toured PCI Technology Group and explored its AI exhibition hall during their visit. A meeting was conducted to discuss the development of AI enterprises in the region and the overall regional construction.
Leng Bingshuang, deputy secretary of the CPC Committee of Tianhe Science Park, highlighted Tianhe Smart City as a pivotal point in the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Technological Innovation Corridor.

Over the past three decades, the smart city has flourished into a center for about 2,500 tech firms, including prominent names like NetEase, XPeng Motors, and XAG, nurturing five key industrial clusters in next-generation information technology, digital consumption, smart cities, intelligent vehicles, and modern urban industries.
Emphasizing strategic growth, the region will concentrate on emerging sectors like AI and the low-altitude economy. Additionally, it will set its sights on future industries, such as quantum technology, to position itself as the primary hub for scientific innovation in Tianhe district.
The meeting was characterized by a strong sense of enthusiasm, with the TEEC delegation articulating their profound admiration for Tianhe Smart City.
They acknowledged its strategic significance, evident industrial strengths, and promising growth prospects. Eager for collaboration across different sectors, they aim to enhance resource sharing and mutual gains and collectively propel the high-quality advancement of the area.
