The 2025 Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area Digital Application Scenario Release Conference was held at Guiyang Big Data Sci-tech Innovation City on Oct 28. Focusing on government, civilian, and commercial applications, the event introduced 35 demonstration construction scenarios and 15 open potential scenarios, injecting new impetus into the development of the digital economy.
This year, the Guiyang and Gui'an big data departments have achieved significant results in driving the digital economy, with a focus on high-level application of data elements. To date, 259 construction scenarios and 173 open scenarios have been released, continuously enhancing digital government efficiency, making public services more accessible, and deepening industrial digital transformation.
Government applications: Data-driven modernization of governance
In the government sector, Guiyang and Gui'an are strengthening social governance transformation. The Guiyang City Operations Management Center has been established, creating an integrated provincial-municipal data system that aggregates 151 million data resources from 66 units and over 200 business systems. This has laid a solid foundation for refined governance.
Civilian applications: Smart living at your fingertips
In the civilian sector, digital technology is making daily life more convenient. The "Shuang Guiyang" public service portal has integrated over 2,500 service items, with 2.8 million downloads and more than 6 million service instances for residents. The "120 Smart Assistant" has processed nearly 90,000 emergency calls and dispatched 25,000 vehicles, greatly improving urban mobility and emergency response.
Commercial applications: Digital engines driving industrial upgrades
In the commercial sector, Guiyang and Gui'an are fully advancing industrial transformation. The city's integration level of informationization and industrialization has risen to 67, 3.4 percentage points higher than the national average.
