About 40 mu (2.67 hectares) of flower fields are blooming in succession, with golden splendor and distinctive colors, making the site a popular new cultural tourism landmark for autumn leisure sightseeing and photo check-ins in Guiyang's suburbs, and adding a warm, healing touch to the city's autumn.

Unlike conventional sunflower fields, this year's Zhuchang Shiguang Sunflower Sea focuses on a colorful, artistic flower landscape, breaking the single golden pattern and innovatively planting rare specialty sunflower varieties such as creamy white, chocolate, and deep wine red. Flower plants of various colors interweave in a staggered, mutually enhancing pattern.

Adjacent to Baihuahu Scenic Area, it enjoys a superior location and convenient transportation, and is a hidden flower-viewing gem in the nearby suburbs of Guiyang's main urban area.

It is open to the public free of charge throughout and has well-developed surrounding facilities. Self-driving visitors can reach the area directly, with ample free parking; citizens can also take public buses for a short micro-vacation.

Relying on high-quality pastoral ecological resources, the flower sea has created an immersive autumn leisure experience. After checking in at the splendid flower fields, visitors can also visit the nearby Zhuchang market to experience the bustling atmosphere of everyday life, or stroll by Baihua Lake to enjoy the breeze.

In recent years, Zhuchang town has relied on its ecological pastoral resources to create seasonal specialty flower landscape attractions, using flowers as a medium and scenery for empowerment, enriching suburban rural tourism formats and activating rural cultural tourism vitality.

The flowering period will last until mid-October. Autumn splendor is at its prime, and the public can visit during off-peak hours to enjoy a romantic date with a sunflower sea unique to Guiyang's autumn.
